Robotic Painting Systems are a core RR Fluid offering, supported by our in-house reciprocators: VertiPro (vertical) and SlidePro (horizontal), the dual-axis AxisPro and the rotational SpinPro. Robotic projects began at our new IMT Manesar factory in 2021.
VertiPro & SlidePro
Servo-driven vertical and horizontal reciprocators for precision and efficiency in automotive and non-automotive painting. Speeds up to 1.1 m/s, adjustable strokes up to 4 m, integrated encoder and a robust traversing carriage with horizontal movement up to 1 m on protected precision ball screws and AC drive.
AxisPro
Dual-axis painting reciprocator for synchronised horizontal and vertical strokes on complex surfaces. Adjustable strokes up to 4 m vertically and 1 m horizontally with closed-loop PLC control of speed and position. For automotive, railway and industrial applications.
SpinPro
360° rotational painting and material handling arm with adjustable rotation from 90° to 360° and table pitches from 1000 to 1800 mm. Suited to coating, assembly lines and material transfer across automotive, manufacturing and heavy-industry sectors.
